Use this form to pre-order your player’s tournament participation commemoration shirt. This helps ensure that your desired size is secured.

To take advantage of the 10% discount and pay only $18 for the tournament shirt, payment can be transmitted via Venmo. We will reply to your pre-order form submission with Venmo details.

Tournament shirt purchases after October 1st will be $20.

When you click the submit button for the form, you will be redirected to the Downingtown Storm FlipGive site to complete the payment for $20. Click the “Donate Now” button on the Downingtown Storm FlipGive site to process payment. (Do not check the box for not showing your name; in case we have to verify your payment).

You will need to show your emailed receipt from FlipGive to pick-up your shirt on tournament day.
